Reporting a Lost or Stolen Debit Card
If your NSBT ATM or debit card has been lost or stolen please visit or contact one of the local branch offices. If your debit card is lost, NSBT is able to issue you a new debit card in the next 1-2 business days.
If this occurs after normal business hours, call 1-800-523-4175, select an option for language, then select 2 to report a stolen card. Once you have reported the card, it will be placed on “warm status.” A card placed on warm status cannot be used for transactions, however the card will not be closed. Please call (513) 542-7800 to be directed to the ATM desk to successfully close the card.
Reporting a Lost or Stolen Credit Card
If your NSBT Visa Credit Card has been lost or stolen, please call (513) 542-7800 to be directed to an officer at the bank. If this occurs after business hours, please call 1-866-563-1335 and a Visa Representative will assist you.
