Reporting your lost or stolen debit card
If your NSBT ATM / Debit card has been lost or stolen please visit one of the local branch offices. If this occurs after normal business hours, call 1-800-523-4175 select an option for language, then select 2 to report a stolen card. Once you have reported the card, it will be placed on a Warm status. A card placed on a Warm status cannot be used for transactions, however the card will not be closed. Please call 513-542-7800 to be directed to the ATM desk to successfully close the card.
Reporting your lost or stolen credit card
If your NSBT Visa Credit Card has been lost or stolen, please call 513-542-7800 to be directed to an officer at NSBT. If this occurs after business hours, please call 1-866-563-1335 and a Visa Representative will assist you.
