Reporting a Lost or Stolen Debit Card
If your NSBT ATM / Debit card has been lost or stolen please visit one of the local branch offices. If this occurs after normal business hours, call 1-800-523-4175 select an option for language, then select 2 to report a stolen card. Once you have reported the card, it will be placed on a warm status. A card placed on a warm status cannot be used for transactions, however the card will not be closed. Please call (513) 542-7800 to be directed to the ATM desk to successfully close the card.
Reporting a Lost or Stolen Credit Card
If your NSBT Visa Credit Card has been lost or stolen, please call (513) 542-7800 to be directed to an officer at NSBT. If this occurs after business hours, please call 1-866-563-1335 and a Visa Representative will assist you.
