Introducing the Welcome Home Program. As a member of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati, North Side Bank & Trust can offer Welcome Home grants worth up to $10,000 which must be applied toward the buyer’s down payment and/or closing costs.

• Up to $10,000.00 grant to fund closing costs and down payment assistance.
• Designed to assist low-to moderate income buyers achieve home ownership.
• Buyers must pay a minimum of $500.00 toward the purchase of the property.
• Property must be used as a primary residence.
• The buyer does not have to be a first-time home buyer to be eligible for the grant.
